The Marina will allow up to 12 of the reservable slips in the Marina to be rented for a 45-day period during the spring and fall. Annually, staff shall set the dates based roughly on the first six weeks of marina operation and the six weeks ending at the end of September. The rental rate will be the actual daily rate at for that time of year. Rates shall annually be set by Council pursuant to the Charlevoix City Code. Boaters will have the option of selecting either a 45-day spring stay, a 45 day fall stay, or both.
