Reserve a Pavilion

The City of Charlevoix offers 5 covered pavilions that are available at Michigan, Ferry and Depot beaches that and can be rented for private and/or non-profit events.  They include picnic tables and grills.  Pavilions are reserved on a first come, first serve basis. 

COST: Non-Resident $50  Resident  $30

Please follow these instructions to reserve a pavilion. 

Step 1.     Find out if a pavilion is available for the date you want before sending in the application.  Please contact Patti at 547-3261 or e-mail pspencley@cityofcharlevoix.org.  Please provide your name, address, and phone number.  Also indicate if you are reserving for a non-profit, church, or school.

Step 2.    Staff will contact you regarding your request.

Step 3.    Fill out the application and submit the completed form by email, fax, mail, or deliver to the City Hall.  Click here to download the application.

Step 4.    Staff will call or email you after payment has been received to confirm your reservation.
