The meeting called to order at 5:36 p.m. by Chairman Mason.

Property Acquisition (possible closed session)

Motion made by John Taylor and seconded by John Yaroch to go into closed session to discuss property acquisition. Motion adopted unanimously.

DDA entered into Closed Session at 5:39 p.m.

Meeting was reconvened at 7:28 p.m.
