Inquiry Regarding Possible Conflicts of Interest

A. Property Acquisition

Assistant City Attorney Bryan Graham reminded the Boards of the requirements of the Open Meetings Act and the option given under the Act to go into closed session to discuss property acquisition.

Motion made by Chamberlain and seconded by Bellows to go into closed session.
