City Council and DDA members toured the Charlevoix Marina Facility. City Manager Michael Wiesner and Harbor Master Hal Evans asked the Council and DDA to observe the protruding bulkhead, the height and instability of the docks, and the boater's shower facilities.

At Bay Harbor Marina, Council and DDA observed the floating docks with respect to the height from the water to the dock, the width of the main dock, the stability provided by the floating system, and the view corridor provided by the space between the two docks [or piers].

At the Elk Rapids Marina, Council and DDA toured the Marina Facilities consisting of a boater's lounge, restrooms and showers.
