CURRENT BIDS AND/OR REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
FIXED BASE OPERATOR AND RELATED AVIATION SERVICES
The City of Charlevoix is seeking a qualified firm(s) to provide fixed based operator services for the Charlevoix Municipal Airport, provide ground services, field maintenance, fuel management, and other aviation services. The complete Request for Qualifications & Proposals may be viewed here, or at the City Manager’s office during normal business hours.
A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at the Charlevoix Municipal Airport at 10am on March 27, 2017. Proposals are due by and will be opened on April 17, 2017 at 10am EST at the Charlevoix City Clerk’s Office.
Fifteen copies of the proposal shall be submitted in a sealed package clearly marked as “Airport FBO RFP.” Packages should be sent or dropped off to: Joyce Golding, City Clerk, City of Charlevoix, 210 State Street, Charlevoix, MI 49720. Electronic proposals or those sent by facsimile will not be considered. Late proposals will not be considered.
The City welcomes one or more firms who may wish to jointly provide services to submit proposals accordingly.
The City of Charlevoix reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals for any and all reasons and to waive irregularities deemed in the best interest of the City of Charlevoix. The final requirements for the services rendered will be determined by a negotiated contract between the City and the selected firm(s).
WATER TREATMENT PLANT GENERATOR REPLACEMENT
The City of Charlevoix is seeking sealed bids for the replacement of the Water Treatment Plant generator. The project includes removal of the existing standby generator system, purchase and installation of a permanent standby diesel generator system and all associated equipment, piping, mechanical, electrical, controls and site work. Bids will be received by Joyce Golding, City Clerk until 2:00 p.m. EDT on Thursday, April 20, 2017, at which time bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. The bid shall be submitted in a sealed package clearly marked as “WTP Generator Bid.” Packages should be sent or dropped off to: Charlevoix City Clerk, 210 State Street, Charlevoix, MI 49720. Electronic proposals or those sent by facsimile will not be considered. Late proposals will not be considered.
